Salon Policies: •Need to Cancel/ Reschedule?• In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% charge of the service booked. •No Shows• Clients failing to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service booked. •Running Late?• Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals, more than 15 minutes, will need rescheduling and will be charged a fee of 50% of the service booked. •Kids in the Studio• To guarantee our full attention can be on your hair, I do not allow children in the salon. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment being rescheduled and a cancelation fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged. •Refunds• If you are unhappy with your service, I will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, I do not offer refunds. •Not Feeling Well?• The health of myself and all clients is my utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious sickness, please reschedule your appointment until you feel better.
